Enermax NAXN 82+ 650W or Corsair TX650 V2 80+ ??

Enermax has heat guard, air guard and some stuff like that http://goo.gl/Nx2Sc

but Corsair has 5 years warranty and more cables http://goo.gl/8FmE6

There is no difference in the price just enermax is 8 euro cheaper

The Corsair is significantly better.

NAXN 82+ 650W (unlike 750W) is not actually manufactured by Enermax—this particular model uses the same base design as Corsair CX V2 series, by CWT. That NAXN 82+ 650W is definitely not bad, but the TX V2 is a higher-end design that's also built using higher-grade components.

Ok

It won't have problem with 12 or more hours a day switched on in my "Dream Machine" and while I game right?

I would go with the Corsair TX out of those two.
