I am really disappointed with their customer service!
I have spent with them nearly £200 within last 2 months, and they still do not seem to care about me, do not reply to my e-mails, do not process my returns.. etc.
On the 13/07/2012 I put my order for:
2x 1/4" BSPP - 3/8" Hose Tail XSPC - Chrome
1x Swiftech MCP35X & Laing DDC Heat Sink MCP35X-HS
2x Alphacool 10mm (3/8) barbed fitting 90° Rotary G1/4 with O-Ring
5x 13/10mm (10x1,5mm) Compression Fitting 45° Rotary Outer Thread 1/4
1x 13/10mm (10x1,5mm) Compression Fitting 90° Rotary Outer Thread 3/8
2x XSPC Anti-Kink Coil 5/8" OD - UV Ice Blue
1x Xilence Red Wing 1500RPM 80mm Quiet Fan
I immediately realised that I had made a mistake and should change the 80mm fan for a 15mm thick one to fit Swiftech MCP35X & Laing DDC Heat Sink MCP35X-HS, so contacted them via e-mail and paid the difference between Xilence Red Wing 1500RPM 80mm Quiet Fan and SilenX iXtrema Pro IXP-52-14 80x80x15mm.
Had waited patiently for a week and received my order, opened the box and what I saw Xilence Red Wing 1500RPM 80mm Quiet Fan instead of SilenX iXtrema Pro IXP-52-14 80x80x15mm, OK not to worry I told myself, I would check the rest of the stuff. Bump, I ordered wrong size anti-kink coil and 90° compression fitting plus when installed 2 out of 5 13/10mm (10x1,5mm) Compression Fitting 45° Rotary Outer Thread 1/4 leaked where the pivot point was. Immediately after putting the computer together I contacted them and requested a change for the wrong/faulty items, they accepted the return, so I sent the items back with RM 1st Class Recorded. After a week from the moment I sent the items back checked the tracking and a surprise the items were delivered on the 30/07/2012, but no reply from WCUK!
Contacted them twice in the last week but they still did not reply!
Currently I have got no equipment I ordered, no money refund, no replacement items, not a single e-mail from WCUK!
Sorry WCUK, but I am moving to Specialtech from now on!
