Ok ill go snooping around the bios.
and look for the things you mentioned
Ill apply 1.25volts first time round and increase the FSB and check for the memory lock.

ill give this post a few minutes before i go for it in case you have something to add.
Man i feel all uber.

Well, I can't think of anything else. I guess I forgot that a small overclock like this should be rather simple as far as how many settings to play with. I mean, I had an E8400 @ 4.0 GHz in an EVGA 680i SLI with a really powerful air cooler and I had to increase the FSB Voltage to 1.4 and I had increased a both the SPP and the MCP voltages too (northbridge and southbridge, respectively). Although, for just a 500 MHz increase due to stock cooling, the core voltage may be the only thing needed to change.

Oh, and I may also recommend changing the thread title to reflect that you have an XFX 750i SLI as well. If you want to do that, then click "Edit thread" near the top but right underneath the thread title.

It wouldn't take it.
Had to restore defaults.
Couldnt find anything called FSB - Memory clock mode and option for it to be unlinked.
Only tried the one voltage at 1.25

The memory may not like being overclocked because overclocking the FSB overclocks the memory too because of the FSB:DRAM strap or ratio.

I'm off to bed in a few minutes, but you may be able to get others to help you in the meantime who know this board better than I do. You can change the thread title to reflect that you have an "XFX 750i SLI" (or even "XFX nForce 750i SLI") as well. If you want to do that, then click "Edit thread" near the top, but right underneath the thread title. It may help to attract people who know this board.
