In my sig rig, I have two 5970's in Crossfire. I can't play certain games for longer then an hour without the whole system locking up and not logging a blue screen error. When I say lockup, I mean the whole thing stops and the sound loops and nothing can be done (no alt tab, etc) and only a hard reset works.
I read online on a few different forums that upping IOH voltage can help stabilize it, and adding a new registry for "TdrDelay" with value of "10" will help stop Windows from crashing the drivers. But I did notice if I manually disable my second graphics card and just use the first one, it won't crash.
The games I tested with is:
Just Cause 2 = No Crash
Battlefield Bad Company 2 = Crash with two cards. No crash with one card.
Batman Arkham City = Crash with one or two cards
Oblivion = No crash with one or two cards
Any Source Game = No crash
Any help or idea's why?
EDIT: I forgot to mention, I did try 10.9 dirvers, along with 12.2 and 12.4 drivers with no change. I'm currently running 12.6.
