Potential stuck pixel weird issue

Ok so today i noticed what looked like a stuck pixel and it is a fairly large white pixel. Believe me its easy to spot and it wasnt there before. So i turn the monitor off and when i turn it back on it flashes the asus screen and the pixel is not there buy when my desktop comes up it is there. Changing wallpapers it is still there, in webpages it is there. When i tried a stuck pixel software locater and selected the all black screen the pixel doesnt appear so i have no clue what is going on and would love some help please. Thank you.

I would say the problem isn't your monitor. If it was, it would show up during POST. What it is, I don't know, sorry.

Well i guess i have some good news. All of a sudden literally i was just looking at it and it went away. I guess i have super powers. That was really weird. Just hope it doesnt come back.

Check your monitor connection, it could be a cable going bad or possibly a GPU problem.
