Install program to just one hard drive?

Thread Starter
I was looking earlier and saw some of my game saves with on my third hard drive. I use HD1 for OS, HD2 for Games, and HD3 for music ect.

I had steam installed on HD2 and it seemed like all games were installed there also. However, my game saves were on HD3. Is there a way to keep this from happening? Even some C Drive programs installed little bits and pieces to HD3, does this have something to do with the default location?

Most likely. If your 'default' locations for your My Music, My Documents, etc etc, are on a different hard drive, then that's where they're going.

I know most of my saves are in either My Games, or My Documents, so if you moved those, that's your issue.
