Love the raystorm block!
Nice case modding. Wish I knew how to do it.
I am using Bitspower shiny Silver fittings. The only way to learn is to start doing it. Find an old case that you would not mind modding and start. There are a lot of tutorials and guides on the internet.

Total bummer bro! I would say you can paint it yourself judging by that practice piece. What a bunch of derps at that shop. How the heck are you supposed to put a PC in there with the side panels on?

Well I just dropped the case off at a different shop and will be getting back tomorrow. It cost me a lot more then I was hopping for but as long as it comes out good I will be happy. I also decided on a different finish. I will be going with a black and silver vein finish that looks like this.

This type of finish will help hide some of the imperfections caused by to poor stripping job done on the case.

Thanks man but I changed my mind again. It will be to much work to try and get the front panel and top panel to match so I changed back to black. redface.gif

Oh. Man.. I know the pain of getting things to match. I am sure whatever you choose will be great.

Time for an update. I got the case back from powder coat yesterday and am pleased with the result. I think next time I will be doing the paint myself. biggrin.gif I decided to powder coat to try and save some time but in the end it ended up taking longer and cost me more then I wanted. mad.gif

Here are some pics.
