See, all you need now is to crank up that A/C just a little. And, then OC it more. I want more GHz from this. thumb.gif

Yes I am.
I am testing with latest Prime 95 and Linx as well. IBT just heats up the CPU the most, so it's an absolute heat test for me.

GFlops look a bit low, but the memory is not OCed yet.

Hehe, I tried going for 4.8, but I am not comfortable with the voltage it was at for 24/7. I do not want to risk any degradation at all over time!

I was considering it, but I will probably be going with water cooling soon, and I want to keep NH-D14 clean in case I need to resell it. CCLU leaves permanent visual marks. tongue.gif

At this point it's actually the voltage and not the temperatures that limit me (not really a limit, more like a personal choice).

still WIP

this is the current GFLOPS in Linx AVX with HT disabled (gaming PC, no need for it right now) and the 4x4 ram at 1866 9-9-9-24-1T.

Still testing for stability and will be pusing the memory higher. The goal is 2133 9-10-10-24-1T.

By the way, disabling HT did nothing for the temps for me. It runs maybe 1 degree lower. But at least 14-15 GFLOPS gained in Linx.

If you run it with only 4 threads with HT on you get the same gflops as with HT off. So I'd recommend to keep it on.

As long as your not pumpin over 1.52 to it 24/7 you should be fine, by the time it does degrade ivybridge will be a thing of the past.

Maybe. wink.gif No way to know for sure yet, Ivy has only been out for a few months.
Multiple sources said not to go over 1.35 for 24/7. That may be concervative, but I wanted to stay under 1.3 for peace of mind. biggrin.gif
