i7-2700k no idling to 1.6ghz !! cpu usage is 1-3% normally) any ideas

Few days ago i oced my cpu to 4.6ghz, vcore 1.325v, made many torture test and a 12 hours blend of prime95, everything perfect!

But i'm worried because my CPU is no idling anymore to 1.6Ghz thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif

im going to set it on offtset now, working on that, but i would like to have it on 1.6ghz on idle.. it's imposible on manual voltage?

Maaan! I Enabled All of the CStates and i had a BSOD 0X00000C5 frown.gif then i the ce1 c3 and c6 enabled and set support c states on AUTO) and i booted windows Normally and i have 1.6ghz IDLE biggrin.gifthumb.gif

BUT.. it's 1.6ghz idle with the same voltage... :/ 1.328v i don't see the point..
