I would go with V Formula (I got this board). And as far as I have had and used it. I love it. The sound card is great! And the overclock on the board is dead stable.
But the formula is more of best of both worlds, it is a gamer and a good overclocker (not as good as extreme tho).
Sabertooth is also a good overclocker, more or less the same as the Formula, but the Formula got more extras like the sound card and gamer addons like game first II etc.
But it is down to your prefernces and needs, if you can fit the eatx, I would get it. Especially if you are a gamer or listens to music on your intergrated soundchip.
If you are not a gamer or like that sabertooth is great too. But again, it depends on you
