Basically

A CPU has an effective bottleneck , meaning buying a certain videocard better than your CPU is pointless

Say if you bought a GTX 670 ,your CPU is good , but you would be outright wasting money.

You need to find other members with a G620 and see what they reccommend , also googling words doesnt hurt

A g620 user here... have been experimenting from different cards from the 9800gt to the gtx670.. so far found that you can pair it up with the radeon 7850 without worries or the 6950 or GTX560ti

But theres alot bottleneck on the gtx670

on battlefield with the 7850 got average 50-60fps in high settings with no lag
but usingthe gtx670 with the same settings only about 20-30fps <-- meaning theres alot bottleneck there.. you should be able to pair a gtx560 or the radeon 7850 with no worries

This is not a bottleneck, it is a bug. If the CPU would have bottlenecked, then at the same settings you wouldn't have had more than the 50-60FPS you got with the lesser card. The FPS should never drop with a better card, at worst it plateaus when the CPU isn't fast enough to feed the faster card quickly enough.

Totally agree with this - a 7850/7870 or a GTX 560(Ti) should work pretty well. It would seem a bit overkill to get a GTX 670 for the Pentium, but if you plan on upgrading the CPU to a Core i5 in the short/medium term, then you could get the faster card and reach its full potential only after the CPU upgrade.

g620 2.6ghz is the dualcore sandy right? In that case it should have fairly good gaming potential. GTX 560 ti is probably a good fit but I'm sure you can get some use from a even faster card. AA for example uses little to none CPU power so even if your CPU can only manage 50FPS with no AA enabling AA will not affect the 50FPS as the game is limited by the CPU not the GPU. Just remember that you might have to play around with some setting like lowering physics to medium or low to conserve CPU power.
