No DVI signal, and a lot of error led's.

Hi,

My pc have been at a standstill the past month due to travel and vacation.
Yesteday i installed my water cooling again (cpu&gpu), after getting my waterblock for my gpu. After bleeding the system, i connected all again, and powered it on.
All the fans, the pump, the fancontroller and the power led on the mb powered on, but there os no signal to the screen. So i changed the dvi cable, tried a HDMI cable, and removed one of the two sticks of RAM, but it didn't help. Then i notised the VGA_LED was solid red. I tried to use another pci-e cable and let it sit over night. This morning i tried again, and then the VGA_LED wasn't red, but the BOOT_LED was solid red. Then i tried to clear cmos and switch the cable and sata port for my boot drive. Then the CPU_LED was the led that was solid red. I tried to restart and it was the BOOT_LED again.

My spec's is:

2500k with no OC
P67 ASUS Sabertooth B3
8 GB of corsair vengence 1600mhz RAM
1000w Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold
MSI GTX 680
Crucial m4 128gb with latest firmware

Can annyone please help.

Take everything out and lay it on the floor or a table. Then install the stock cooler and see if it boots up. This rules out a number of possible scenarios.
