Makeithappen, that's IPS glow not bleeding. Take the picture head on from 5-6ft away/

Are you sure? Whatever it is, it's revolting...
Why? I don't sit 5-6 feet away from it tongue.gif
I don't know I was expecting a lot better, specially black levels. This 32" tv I have next to it as a second monitor craps all over it contrast wise.
I found a small gap as well on the bezel, as if it hadn't been glued on properly.
For some odd reason doesn't seem to stick to 60 hz, keeps reverting back to 59. within windows management but seems ok in nvidia panel.
Anyway I have emailed them already, I don't accept rubbish, if you sell a car regardless of how cheap/expensive it is, brand new it must have a straight body and even paint job. Right? smile.gif

OK got mine up and running. And all I can say is wow. This monitor is really beautiful. It has almost no AG coating which is awesome. Mine has zero dead or stuck pixels and no backlight bleed that I can see. I do have the white glow in the lower right corner. I played some BF3 also, and wow it looks amazing on 2560x1440 res. I was afraid of really bad performance at that res with just a single gtx 680. But I was pleasantly surprised that the only setting I had to lower or turn off that is was HIGH post AA.. I'm running everything set to HIGH and 16x AF and no AA at all and it seems to run just as good when I had my 1920x1200 res monitor. I'll do more playing on Friday to really check it out. I also used my spyder 4 pro to calibrate it. So far I'm very impressed....I'm also running it via Displayport...

Does display port make a difference or not really?

OK one thing I have noticed now is, when on certain webpages with lots of text and white backgrounds my U2713 gives of this nice buzzing noise. Does anyone else have this? Goto Wikipedia and see. I'm in a dead quiet room at the moment so I can totally hear it when going their. My brightness is set to 55 and contrast to 75...

Any particular reason you sold it? Contemplating this monitor, but some reports of cross-hatching and ghosting have me a little concerned. Hopefully just some initial issues that will be ironed out.
