[Browser bug] Strange Tiled page shows up randomly when loading OCN pages.

  • What happened?

    This is not very urgent, but I wanted to see if I'm the only one having this problem and bring it to someones attention. Its not actually something that bothers me, I can scroll up on the page and it goes away. Here is the problem:



    Pages will sometimes just randomly load like this. No rhyme or reason.

  • Are you able to reproduce this problem consistently?

    Its not at all consistent unfortunately.

  • What steps did you take to reproduce this problem?


  • What action did you expect to occur when this bug appeared?


  • Any additional information that will help us diagnose the issue:

    I've actually seen it happen on the two different computers I access the site from, so its not an isolated indecent.

  • Browser, active browser addons, and operating system:

    The browser is chrome and the only change would be the theme. I'm using 64bit windows 7 - all up to date.

  • URL where the issue occurs:

    Any random OCN thread.


Sorry I can't be more helpful, like I say I mostly wanted to bring it to attention and see if I'm the only one. Thanks guys.

Ummm...I can't imagine that's actually OCN software related, but if anyone else is seeing this for sure let me know.

yea I wasn't sure if could possibly be either, but the only time its happens is on OCN so just sparked enough curiosity to snap a picture and see if I'm the only one.

Btw, I just found this: http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=110343

It's a Chrome bug. I just had it happen today and looked it up in more depth. smile.gif

Ok cool yea I happened to see it on a different page a few days ago, I guess the reason I thought it was OCN is because its what I am constantly browsing around on. Thanks for the research and input thumb.gif
