Thread Starter
What would you pay for a keyboard with the following features?

Bluetooth wireless connectivity with provided USB dongle
Cherry MX Brown, Blue, or Red switches
Tenkeyless layout with Fn layer
High build quality
Slim design (<1" thick)
Media keys
Minimalist aesthetic

What is the most you would consider reasonable and would consider buying a keyboard like this?

I'm glad you created this thread. I love my mechanical keyboard, and I'd love to have a bluetooth mechy to use for my MacBook Air, or even my PS3. I paid full price for my BlackWidow Ultimate, so I'd be satisfied paying $100 for a tenkeyless bluetooth one, though I realize it would probably retail for much more. Just my 2 cents, though smile.gif.

<1" thick excluding keycaps, right? I don't see how it'd be possible including them.
$99 is the most I would consider reasonable. I wouldn't pay the premium though. Wireless keyboards are useless to me.
Would the keyboard be rechargeable over USB? Would the included batteries be good ones (e.g. Eneloops)?

That isn't attractive, tenkeyless, or slim.

I'd like to see this. Would pay around $80 but would go max $120. Don't really care about media keys. If media keys were to be implemented though, I think the macbook layout is pretty good for media keys (Using the fn key).

What mechanical keyboard is slim ? and if high quality keyboards without wireless are already at least 100 bucks ( you can find some cheaper but .... im talking in general sense) the price of 120 is quickly looking line a minimum of what it would cost. I don't think bluetooth can support nkro... it would have to be some proprietary RF to work.

$100 is unrealistic. Most USB mechanical keyboards are $100+ as per Newegg, surely bluetooth would add to the price.
If I had a need for said product, $130, $135 is the most I'd ever pay for one.

The one Phaedrus described in the OP is. Ducky 1087s are $70-80 and they are high quality tenkeyless boards with a Fn layer.
