About Phobya Thermal Pad Adhesiveness

Thread Starter
Hi all, I have a XFX 6950 with an Accelero Xtreme Plus II and I'm going to replace the Arctic G-1 Thermal "Glue" that isn't sticky enough...I've found the "Phobya Thermal Pad" but I'm not sure about its adhesiveness...will it be ok to keep the Arctic coolers at them place?
Thanks a lot smile.gif

The G-1 adhesive is good stuff IF you mix it properly and apply enough of it...

Well, I've followed perfectly the instructions (I've also cleaned the chips with the rubber) but without success, and I'm not the first that have had trouble with this glue...

I use Sekisui 5760 thermal tape, personally.

I have these but never used em for heatsinks as i used them for my gpu vrms. Im not sure how i could measure the "sticky factor" of it but i guess i can try to test it out for you.
