OOPS Derp, sorry about that. I saw it on the main highlight page and just clicked.

People use different types of foam but i just called my friend (hardcore overclocking enthusiast) and he uses armaflex closed-cell foam and Neoprene foam.

Here is a site that sells it in bulk and that's where he buys his.

i bought a huge sheet of armacell 1/2" foam (like 4 ft. x 3 ft.) for something like $25. let me see where it was i ordered it from and will update you

it came out to $36 shipped

i had to call them because the online thing runs into a problem when trying to process for shipping.. thinking it has to ship something 4ft by 3ft. I told them they could just fold it up and package it and then they went into the system and did an override on the system so it would let me choose shipping.

This is about the only place i could find it that is in the US and will ship it. that link from someone above is a place in UK and if they will even ship it to US it wil be madd expensive

You should be able to get it at any HVAC supply place. Some will only sell to licensed techs, at those places don't ask questions & stuff, figure out what you need & just go to the counter & tell them.

i think its more difficult to find good quality (like armacell/armaflex) tube insulation with a large enough diameter for a pot..
i can find some thats either the right diameter (3-4 inches) and poor quality, or good quality and the wrong diameter (0-2 inches)

I borked the one NoGuru sent me..I got some 4" round pipe Armaflex from Home Depot and cut it..It flattens out
