This product won't be a failure in the sense that it will probably make the devs a decent chunk of cash. However it is shaping up to be a mediocre, redundant product. Not worth the $100 when there are so many other applications that will most likely do it's job better. But hey who knows?

You are not going to get advertisements from Vevo unless you have their app open. They have said that Ouya will not have ads but they also said that they will allow developers to make money off their content any way they want to. Like ads which I am sure that is what Vevo will do.
