So I recently sold my setup to get a new Ivy Rig. But until the new parts arrive(15 days more 
) Im using an old system.
I do know the parts gonna be mentioned below are not worth being used
, but just wanna get this issue resolved.
THE ISSUE =- This PC never shuts down. When I turn the wall swithch on it wont turn on till I hit the Power button(thats Normal), so its not a faulty power switch.
Just that in Win 7 or 8 this PC will not shutdown, If I try to shut down it will simply reboot.
Any suggestion. Doubt the BIOS is up to date but the change log dint seem to mention this.
Also a friend was using this setup with Win XP and never complained about this problem.
Tried 2 diff PSU's still same issue.
