Thread Starter
I'm looking into buying a new router, a dual-band router with guest network and a speed limit for it.

Help please! (=

I like Netgear and I've had terrible experiences with Linksys. The N900 is really nice. What is your budget?

$100 sounds reasonable. I would want a dual-band that is simultaneously workng on b/g/n channels and would like to have a guest network that i can actually limit the bandwidth it can provide.

I have this at home.
Supports 10 wireless devices Rock Solid, and 3 Wired Devices.

Goes through torrents no problem, and can handle a 400 megabit internet connection (Supports up to 100 megabit currently no problem)

You can probably flash DD-WRT and setup the Guest Network to have B/W limits.
There is also OpenWRT supported for it.

(Personally I just have a cheap secondary Router for my Guest networks as it makes it easier to manage.)
