You could, certainly, but I don't see any real benefits unless you are doing 2 completely separate loops, which I think is very unnecessary and would actually result in worse temps. However, it's possible to use one res as a "Fillport res" so that you always have extra liquid, which ensures that the loop res is always 100 percent full and resists evaporation.

I would say option 1 because it has an extra rad in it. With the pumps in serial, you should be fine with pressure. Just have the CPU and GPU cooled before the MB/RAM blocks are hit, and having a rad at the end (before returning to res) is a good idea. Instead of a second Y fitting, you could use an XSPC EX360 Multiport rad for the final 360 and have one inlet but 2 outlets. I don't know if that reduces cooling or not, but it seems like a good idea to me...

Schmuckley, I meant going over board with the water cooling setup.....pretty point less to cool all that just for a workstation. I could get by with just cooling the cpu.

Also would going with option 1 benefit with running it thru the multiple rads? I have seen similar builds on here that are cooling the same as me but a running it all thru a 1080 rad but nothing in-between how would those temps be?
