skip to 14:09 for op's sake and see that wobble

That's the reason I got Crossover LED-P. I can adjust any angle and tilt. Secondly it does't wobble like that on the video at all. Crossover LED-P stand is near solid like my Apple Cinema.

from what i've read...crossover does seem to have the best build quality....$100 difference is a lot...I'd def. pay $50 more though...see if you can find it for $350 or so. I can see reason to get either tbh.

I am aware of that and I actually am subscribed to it and I've actually read about 3/4 of the thread. Long read, though. Still couldn't really find what I was looking for. Hence why I made this thread specifically.

Aye, the two I'm comparing are both tempered glass versions. the 2703 with tempered glass and the 27q with tempered glass. 299 and 399, respectively.

Maybe you should exchange that walmart students desk for something abit more sturdy

Yeah I was looking at it and thats why I thought maybe it was a different display - not as good as the one in the q270 or 27q from crossover. However, a possibly better stand and casing than the q270, but not as good as the 27q.

I have found the crossover 27q without tempered glass for 349, and then I have the q270 from yamakasi for 304...or I can get the yamakasi 2703 for 299 and it has the tempered glass on it.

I'm just afraid the 2703 from yamakasi is not 'as good' as the q270 or the 27q. That is my ultimate dilemma. Why is it cheaper? - That is the question that has me questioning whether or not it's as good as the others.

What you are asking is a VERY Personal thing !
What looks good or better to YOU will always be different to someone else
Thats why women come in every size, color & shape, But they all seem to find someone to love them

The window in my office is behind and to the right of the screens
Neither I, my wife or friends have noticed or complained about reflections
The screens are crystal clear, no pixel or light bleed problems
I bought from BCC on Monday and they were here on Wednesday
My desk is sturdy, You can jump on it and my Champagne does not spill

NOW - If I grab the top of the monitor and shake ,,,,It will wobble for 2 seconds
But that is not something that turns me on

This picture may Not be the worlds best, But I like and am happy with my setup
x9iys.jpg
These are Catleap 2703's

They ALL have the same screen
You just need to pick which, Bezel, Name, Stand, Speaker or Not, Glass or Not, One Input or Many & price that will make you happy

I got Two screen delivered for $600.oo
And Yeah, I did check with 2 different pixel checking websites and BOTH are perfect

Thanks for the reply in that regard. I guess I really don't see a reason to pay 389 for a crossover 27q with tempered glass when I could grab a catleap 2703 with tempered glass for 295. Saving almost 100 dollars for a preference on bezel and stand sturdiness seems like a no-brainer. I mean, I could get a 27q WITHOUT tempered glass for like 350, I suppose.

I think I'm gonna take the plunge and snag a catleap 2703 with tempered glass. Here I go!

dual korean 1440p monitors....if I had to do it all over again, I think that would be my ideal setup - basically like wkstar. though 120hz has it's strong points as well.

Just so you know, comparison reflection is in my sig link. The none-tempered glass is also glossy. I don't see the reason for going for glass one. I actually prefer the Crossover or Catleap without glass because it is less reflective and I hate AG.
