For the non-germans, could you explain to me what I'm looking at?

I am not ignoring your question. As stated many times, I ONLY handle North & South American Storm Operations. EU is handled entirely separate.

The man has spoken.

While we got you in this thread, I was wondering if you could shed some light onto this claim.

Costar:
Trigger
Rapid

iOne:
Pro

We will never use iOne ever again, but for the record, the pro is actually still a very nice keyboard and the price point we are selling it (Both brown and Red will be heavily discounted in the next couple weeks) its an awesome buy.

All the claims of DOA, have been false.19 out of 20 boards we have recieved back have been absolutely perfect. People just do not push the USB cable in all the way until it "Clicks"

Not a problem already did. The issue has been resolved as they have already sent replacement keycaps to my EU team, and all future orders will be correct.

CTRL-STRL-STRG.

Pretty easy to see how it happened.
