Update of my PC. What do you think?

Hi overclock.net users, im thinking on updating my pc and i dont have much money, so im going to update to something good, but economic.

My actual pc is:

Asus M5A78L-LE
AMD Phenom x4 965 @3,7GHz
G.Skill 2x2gb 1333MHz 9-9-9-24
Asus Radeon HD 6770 Direct Cu II 1gb
Thermaltake Dokker Lite
Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 500w
WD Caviar Blue 500gb Sata III

And i want to update to:

Asrock H77M
Intel Core i3-2100
HIS 7750 iSilent 1gb x2 in Crossfire
G.Skill Ripjaws Z 2x2gb 1333MHz 7-7-7-21
Thermaltake Dokker Lite
Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 500w
WD Caviar Blue 500gb Sata III

I put 2 7750 because my power supply doesnt support a 6950 / 7850.

What do you think about this update?

why not stick it out with the Phenom and just change the GPU/s ?

Instead of building to a low end Intel which will cost decent money

You could instead throw an SSD in there and a better GPU and be done with it ^.^

granted ive never used your processor so i dont know hwo they compare

this here will compare the processors at Stock speeds.

I do not knwo what sort of CLocks you cna hit on the i3 2100, but the i3 is certainly faster, but not by a massive margin
