Noob needing help on build

So here is my current build that I have planned. Is there anything wrong with this build or any bad buys? Any ideas on the matter would be appreciated lastly thank you for your time.

Why? is there something wrong with the cheaper ones?

Also is the 1866 ram better than the 1600 flat out? and do different types of ram perform differently?

The memory controller of Ivy Bridge processors supports memory up till 1600Mhz, any speed above it wont give any performance difference.

About the PSU, well yea, the ones that you've chosen aren't even that good and especially when you're considering to S:i them in the future.
