I know im a bit late but......everything being on the c drive is your problem entirely

Your trying to run windows, your game and then record on the same drive at the same time, its not gona happen.
Get a 2nd drive for recording if you wanna use fraps, i dont like performance of running windows and a game off the same drive let alone record onto that same drive using fraps

Take a look at the size of those Fraps clips and the bitrate they record at, think about how your going to keep up recording that data onto your drive while at the same time loading game files and windows files.
