Meaning that if I buy a corsair H100 now, I should be good for maybe even 10 years or more if the CPU manufacturers don't change their socket types too much? Or is it a money hole that if I buy it now, I might only get one CPU upgrade out of it before it's either not powerful enough or the socket changes completely?
Thinking of getting an H100 for my i5 760 right now, to quiet it down a bit. And then of course more overclocking if I upgrade in the future.
