While this guy may or may not be guilt of whatever they were looking for, this is both ridiculous on both governments ended. I hope that the US judges in charge of this case in Virginia do the legal right thing and drop all that "evidence" taken, since it was acquired by illegal means from another country.

And it still wouldnt warrant the kind of force and fire power they went in with. He was in his "red" room with no weapons, in plain site, and not refusing to coorperate. And he still got pistol whipped and kicked and definite amount of excesive force used.
