What I really do is to snawer bunch of questions you've asked us here on forums.

Official post on the WarZ forums. For those who don't want to register I put the whole thing in a spoiler.

So this seems to be the big surprise for reaching 25k subs on their Facebook page, a sloppily written thread answering boring questions. Color me disappointed.

Then again it is a pretty unlucky coincidence with DayZ taking off forcing them to announce ahead of schedule obviously without much to show.

What I really do is to snawer bunch of questions you've asked us here on forums.

1) Why War Z will be better than dayz.

Uhmmmm. I really don't know . I mean I played Dayz for short period of time, and I'm playing The War Z on daily basis for a last month, but I really can't give you answer to this question. For me personally it's more like a different between two platforms. Arma is very particular game when it comes to controls, camera, weapons, character animations and controls. It's really unlike all other shooters out there. And it's clearly love/hate situation. It have very specific way of controlling your character, mostly like it feels he reacts to your actions not right away, camera moves in very specific way, aiming, shooting and handling your weapons are not like in other games as well.

so I think it's like that - if you bought Arma because you like Arma, then I think Dayz will feel more natural to you. If you bought Arma because you want to play zombie survival game and there wasn't just any other options available on market at this time - then once again - I think The War z will be your home for a looong looong time.

The game looked to far developed to just be a dayz clone.

Clearly English isn't his first language, but how hard would it be to acquire a proof-reader? Dude is representing his entire company here, after all.

Thought exactly this.

OT: Looks to be a great game going on what I have read and heard so far. But only time will tell.

I still have high hopes for this game, and tbh I don't think it is a DayZ "clone"
but nothings for certain until we start seeing gameplay and it gets released.

Well I have been seeing a lot of the conspiracy theorist claiming this game is just a money grab for people who want a standalone Day Z game. I don't really agree with those thoughts, but they really haven't showed anything except a couple of screenshots and the game is supposed to be released in a couple of months.

I am interested to see how this game turns out.

Can't wait till people notice once their character dies(in non-hardcore) they have to buy an item to rez from the cash shop or wait ~24-48 hours for auto rez timer.

I actually feel kind of sorry for the developers of this game. It's the first I've heard of it, I hope it's different in many ways to DayZ so that they don't have to compete fiercely.

DayZ being released as a standalone game - I've heard of this, but what does it mean for the people who bought ArmA 2 CO and then got DayZ? Will they have to re-buy the DayZ game?

Damn. I don't have Arma 2 yet - so I'll just wait until it's a standalone game.
