In Search of A New Keyboard!

I've been reading around and researching, but I still do not know which keyboard is best for me. I want either Brown or Blue keyswitches. I have checked out the CM Storm already, but I don't like it due to the fact it has no numpad and as for the razer products I've read around that they are utter crap and break easily? I mostly play games such as MOBA's and SC2. Please help me decide! frown.gif

If you can clarify a bit more on what you want in particular then we'd be able to help you better.

General recommendations include

Value Options ($99)
Rosewill RK-9000/RK-9000Br
Leopold Brown Switch/Blue Switch
Max Keyboard Durandal G1N (no backlight version, brown switch)
CM Quickfire Pro - Brown Switch, backlit

Regular Options ($120 - $150)
Das Keyboards - (All variants, noted for glossy case, two USB port hub)
Max X8 Nighthawk/Durandal G1NL (backlit Blue/Red respectively, both brown switch, USB port hub + headphone jack)
Ducky Shine/Shine II - Currently hard to find/not out yet. Apparently will come in Black, Blue, Brown and Red switches and with a multitude of backlight colors
Filco Keyboards - Noted for being a high quality board period

More unique options Options
WASD Keyboards (customize your keycaps and stuff)
Deck Keyboards (hardly reviewed because of polarizing looks, but they offer MX Clear switches)

As of now there is a group-buy for Max branded keyboards for 20% off, so there's that to consider.

Blues are great for typing, MMO's/RTS's and they're oh so clicky. Browns I think are a little more jack of all trades, trading in the clicky sound and solid tactile feedback for a more subtle sound and feedback. Seeing your requirements, think you might be better served by blues, but don't be afraid to try both switches.

There is also a MaxKeyboard-Facebook coupon for this Wednesday on the Durandal keyboards. I posted the info in the Club thread. Very good pricing if you want one of them.

I'm considering the Nighthawk x8 is that a good choice?
