Mugen64 Emu Need vid plugin

Hey don't know if I'm allowed to talk about emulators or where I shouldpost it but I'll give a try...

This mugen's built in vid plugins don't work with paper mario. But I knew a few that do. Is there a way to find them that the app would read them properly? I can't seem to find any to get to work with it.

Ugh meant to say, it's on a galaxy nex not on PC. Have the background flickering issues, common thing.
