as for it costing money a breif explination may be due there. People have to source out all those claims to google. If google doesnt comply they can get fined big bucks... if they do comply they spend prob colse to 10 bucks a claim sourceing weither or not its a good choice to blacklist them. This means that in the last month they have spent roughly 45 million dollars doing this. Thats not rly a small number, even for google
