Hey guys,
I'm in need of a new mouse right now. I'm also in need of a good mousepad too, so here it goes:

1. What's your grip style?
Palm
2. What's your sensitivity?
Generally Low, will accept med.
3. What's your maximum budget?
$80
4. Do you want additional buttons?
I don't NEED them, but sure, they would be a great addition.
5. What games do you play?
CS:S, CS:GO, Dota 2
Will be playing: GW2, Dark Souls PC
6. Do you mind about prediction?
I don't like it.
7. Other relevant information:
I prefer mice made for the right hand, ambidexterous mice don't feel very good. Also, I'm not a big fan of wireless because batteries annoy me, and wireless = input lag.

Aaaand mousepad.

7. Hard or cloth?
Cloth.
8. Rough or smooth?
Smooth.
9. Which size approximately?
Um...no specific dimensions, but a big one would be cool.
10. What's your maximum budget?
$25

I'm a claw gripper and I use the zowie am. It's a great mouse. However, I own a Logitech G400 as well and I think it fits your requirements very well. I'm no guru though. It's definitely suited for palm grip style imo, and I've heard the prediction/angle snapping is exceptional. I also used to have a G9X that I enjoyed, but I think it too was more suited to a palm grip style.

Thanks for the suggestion King. Any mousepad recommendations (or more mouse recommendations?)

The Roccat Savu has the best 3090 package now if I remember correctly. So that would be the best option for low-medium sens gaming.
For a mousepad the QcK line of mats are very cheap and has a good glide to them, they are also very easy to get a hold of.
The Razer Deathadder is also another choice.

Thanks Nufon, although I'm not seeing great reviews for the Savu, the mousepad looks perfect smile.gif

Does anyone have any thoughts on the Corsair M60?

This may be kind of hard, but can anyone recommend a mouse that is good for FPS games and MMO games at the same time, maybe a little more geared for FPS games if need be?

Lol just find a mouse with enough buttons that youll ever use. Mice can be used for both MMO and FPS. Problem solved. And cant u also set sensitivity? (I dont really know much about setting sensitivity though. just a curious question)

DeathAdder or G400 depending on which feels better in your hands, Any mouse should be good for mmos unless you don't like using your key board for keybinds. As for mousepad I recommend getting a qck , they even make pads for Dota 2 , CS Go , and Guild Wars 2 if you wanna be extra nerdy lol. I just recommend the qck because I have used both those mouses on 1 and both track wonderfully.

I've heard issues about the G400's cord :/ and I own a Deathadder currently, and it is starting to get old and filled with muck and dirt and just...I'm in need of a brand new mouse, preferably a unique one and not another Deathadder

Good luck finding a mouse without a none issue. Guess you could go for one of the zowie brands but it doesnt have drivers which might make setting the side buttons a pain. I hear the Roccat Savu is excellant as well but I would be embarassed for friends to see that on my desk haha. I have seen good and bad reviews for the Savu and good and bad reviews for the Corsair M60. You literally are not going to find a mouse several people have not raged about.
