Considered Antec 1100/P280? Similar to what you are looking at. HAF XM or Carbide 400R get my vote out of the 3 you listed.

Most cases will have very similar features so as long as it works for your build just pick the one you think looks best. Also I'd recommend shopping around other sites, tigerdirect tends to price a little high. I just got my 500r for $90 but $130 for it would have felt a little high.
