Msi worries me.
He only wants $65. I won't overclock much.

What CPU were you using? Were you running prime95 or IBT overclocked?
Sure there are some issues with some MSI VRM's,but I believe for the most part most failures were X6 CPU's (140w+) or highly overclocked X4's running IBT or Prime, which loads the CPU farther than it will ever see in real usage. For stock usage I have no worries running a MSI motherboard with an approved CPU. I have an 890FX GD65 running a 1100T X6 @3.8 GHz for the last 19 months and going strong, not one BSOD. I also had a 970 G45 which I overclocked an X3 450 to 4.5GHz @1.6v daily, never overheated the VRM's.
