Similar priced PSU's. Which one?

I have two PSU's in mind, both are massive overkill at the moment, but my rig is being constantly upgraded.

I'm not sure which GPU I will eventually get, but I do like to leave myself with plenty of room for the future.

I could easily just get a 450W PSU which will do me for now, but don't want to get caught short at a later date,
and PSU's are something we all take from build to build right?

With all that in mind, the two I have in question are these.

and...

As far as I can see, the TX is newer than the HX? And obviously the latter has 100W more power. And from further reading,
the HX has more protection built in, and is quieter too. I assume there is such a good deal on the HX because there is a more recent version?

Is this a no brainer, or am I missing something?

As I say, massive overkill for my current set up, but will easily suit me for many moons to come.

Thanks all.

The TX-M is rather average and it's not worth its price, the HX 650 is good but somewhat outdated. This is much better and it's priced really well.
