Ok I was thinking of packing my case with gentle typhoons for good airflow, but should I set up water cooling instead? I don't know anything about water cooling. What are the pros and cons? Is it hard to install? Is it expensive? Thanks!!

Def go water cooling and get the gentle typhoons to use on the rads. It is easy. Here is a complete kit.
http://www.frozencpu.com/products/14182/ex-wat-181/XSPC_Rasa_750_RX240_Universal_CPU_Water_Cooling_Kit_w_Updated_Pump_and_RX240_Radiator_and_Free_Kill_Coil.html?tl=g30c321s1310
There are other variations and you really only need to get better tubing and distilled water.
Even if you don't get the typhoons go with WC.

Well you'd be off to a good start with the ap-15's. You'd already have some good rad fans.
As for your other questions...
should I set up water cooling instead? Your perogative
I don't know anything about water cooling. You can learn, everyone else has. Just takes patience and a will, and you've already shown some interest.
What are the pros and cons? Pros: Quiet, cool, nice to look at. Cons: Expensive, maintenance (though I like doing it)
Is it hard to install? Depends on how complicated you want to make it. But it can be very easy to install in a simple cpu loop.
Is it expensive? Yes and no. Depends on complexity. You can get a RASA kit for 150$ or make a full custom loop for a hefty amount of money (+1000$)

Use fans other than GTs for case fans, GTs are great for noise reduction in airflow restrictions, but are quite pricey just to use as case fans when Yates are a buck or two per fan and almost as quiet.

Do the yates move as much air as the gentle typhoons? I dont really care for quiet, i just dont want my computer to sound like a jet engine. What other fans can I replace my stock ones with while i figure out this whole water cooling thing? Ill probably use only the fans for awhile til i have that money for WC
