Unexplained mouse problem, help!

Hello, I come here to ask for advice because I'm desperate with this problem:

I have assembled a new PC for 2 weeks or so, I use it mostly for gaming.

The problem I have is that in games the mouse works really bad, in the sense that costs me a lot more point than before (as if it were "lag" in the mouse).

I tried several different mice and does not work, I have also tried with 2 different motherboards and have tried plugging into different USB ports, trying it with different operating systems and the problem continues.

Of course I have no mouse acceleration. I tried to format hardisk 4 times and not working... don“t know what is the problem, need help, thanks!.

Umm so all of your mice are lagging on 2 motherboards. If so maybe it's a display or graphics problem?

Tried with 2 different monitors, same problem. The only thing that not changed on my new pc was the graphic card (GTX 560). It could be the problem.

Try lowering the HZ on the mouse to 125 or 500 from 1000.

The only time I notice this is when my GPU is over heating.
Have you cleaned your Graphics card with compressed air?
Hold the fan still or you can overspeed the fan and wreck the bearings.
Take it out of the case first and ground yourself to the case before touching anything grab the case frame rails for a couple seconds.
Is it an open or closed case much air flow?

Edit
Do you have a game mode for your AV and firewall?
Try adding your games as trusted apps and programs in your firewall.

Welcome to the Nvidia Input Lag club, where no-one can hear you scream. There is a thread on here with some fixes, but lag will still exist to some degree.

You may also have a monitor with inherent input lag.

My monitor is a BenQ XL2410T, not problem on input lag I think.

Then I will try with another graphic card like ATI 6870 or simillar.
