Hey guys,
I don't know if this is to be posted here or not.
Not to be a brown noser or anything tongue.gif
I recently had an issue with my 670 SC. Contacted EVGA through email and not 10 minutes later received a response!!!!
I was receiving emails at 130 in the morning!

CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCKS! It is companies like this that keep me wanting to go down the career path I am currently on.
I really do appreciate everything EVGA. And from now on you guys will be the cards of choice from me thumb.gif

EVGA has a fantastic track record with customer service. Easily the most reputable manufacturer for reference Nvidia cards.

It's nice to see some positive reviews along with the horror stories that pop up every so often. Thanks for sharing.

I couldn't help myself from making this thread.
Often times I deal with companies who just laugh and blame other people instead of themselves.
They admitted the issue and handled everything very well!

EVGA is Nvidia's number one AIB partner for a reason. And your experience with their customer support proves why. If you want a Geforce card EVGA is simply the best in terms of customer support.
