Hey there,

I'm struggling to decide whether or not my server is performing poorly, because I have nothing to compare it to...

I ran some benchmarks, here's cinebench

Some of the 32 core Opterons are getting over 24... Shouldn't this be wiping the floor with them? Or am I mistaken?

Any other CPU benches you guys can think of to help me determine?

That's probably it. The Opterons are probably running quad channel, and are possibly overclocked.

That actually seems about right. The 2630s are 6c/12t CPUs @ 2.3Ghz and your score is about the same as that of a single 5.0ghz i7 3930K.

And yes, 32 opteron cores (current or last gen, 4p or 2p) beat that score.
