Filco - Best Mechinical Keyboards?

Thread Starter
Is it all about preference or are Filco keyboards really king?
Yeh I would say so, they are one of the most expensive manufactures but there build quality is amazing. I was going to get one but I was after a blacklight. Maybe one day filco will bring out some backlit versions.

Yeah Filco are the highest regarded keyboards. Although the build quality of my Ducky Year of the Dragon is very similar to that of a Filco. My actual Filco is a tank and could probably be used as a weapon it's built so well.

I was going to get a custom WASD keyboard, but after all the rave reviews on here I've decided on a Filco instead.

I did a lot of research before getting my keyboard. It came down to Filco and Leopold. I went with the Leopold and have been very happy with it. Have had it for maybe close to a year now. Going to get another one in the future with blue switches.
Edit: I should mention. I went with Leopold not becuase filco wasn't good but because they were so similar in build quality from user's opinions and reviews. Although the build quality was similar the price was lower on the leopolds. Filco is still a stellar brand.

i have a Filco tenkeyless board, and I'm so happy with it I may never go back to any other brand.

Well, everyone may not agree but I have one with blue switches and it's the best thing I have typed on by far.
