Hey guys,
I bought my whole new system on Friday and build it on Saturday. I noticed that the h100 was rattling like a HDD. I looked online and said that it might be faulty (or even die). I have seen some advice on flicking the tubes, rotating the case, and tapping pump.
I live in Slovakia, Europe so I am not sure about RMAing via corsair. What should I do?

You've probably already done this, but have you let it run for a bit? I had odd noises on my H50 at first, but it was just the pump turning on / coolant starting to circulate. (that said, this didn't last long)

Other than that...yeah, I'd contact the place where you bought it. They'll be able to tell you if they'll RMA it, or if you need to. I didn't see any specific regions/countries excluded on Corsair's site, so might as well try it!

I am thinking about doing that as I will be returning some Corsair SP120 High Performance fans which were very loud. I am thinking of getting two NF-F12 to go with the H100; good choice?

Anyway what do you think, guys. Is the unit broken?

If it is the pump, you can try connecting a molex-to-three pin fan adapter, and plug it into a fan controller. It is a well known fix because the pump might me getting a little too much voltage. There is another fix that modifies a molex adapter, but is a bit more complicated:

If the noise is coming from air in the system, it should work itself out within minutes. If not, that may be an issue to consider RMA. I would recommend trying the above fixes if you think it may be the pump.

Well for cooling the stepping up from an h100 would require buying a custom or semi custom loop I would imagine? Are there any CLC loops better than the h100?
