I'm looking for a nice size TV with decent picture and audio quality for around 500 dollars. Something at least 42 inches..

I saw this at Wal-Mart and thought it was a pretty good deal. Thoughts?

While I would never personally recommend shopping at Wal-mart, I can vouch for Vizio. I have a 37" LCD that has performed well and they are usually much cheaper than similar TV's.
