All in all great cooler for the money and has always worked reliably. Excellent for a backup cooling system or for low-cost budget computers, while still being able to overclock.

Can't you get a picture of the whole thing?
Generally there would be a lot of heat anyway, the compressor would normally run between 60-80c on its own depending on the gas used, heat load and air flow.
You want a single fan on each condenser, both pulling in cool air from the out side of the case and blowing into the case onto the consensor, then have the exhaust fan pulling the hot air out.
It may be of benefit to more then 1 exhaust fan on the side, even to the point of adding more.
If there's not enough air flow for the exhaust you'll get a lot of stagnant hot air heating the parts up

I think it would help increase efficiency a lot.. I do not think is will greatly affect the load range/potential by more than a few percent..
*always liked the idea of a W/C'd phase unit to be able to remove heat/noise from the CPU area...

Before you waste your time get a portable type room fan and blow it directly on the front condenser.
Also remove the sides. If this makes a difference (unlikely) then change out your condenser fans but if it does not then you haven't wasted your time and money.
