well, $299 is very appropriate for this card. boost clocks at 1058mhz and temps are a bit high, but of course the reference cooler. using BF3 as a benchmark, it performs right above the 7870 and stock 7950. not bad at all. heaven score is a bit lower than 7950's. some BF3 ultra preset comparisons:

Looks to be a little bit under stock 7970 performance, I'd say it's price point is good but not insane as the TT reviews had originally shown. Good segment now that nvidia has competition for the 7870.
