Translations are less than ideal, but it may solve some of the dirt woes.

※Mouse pads are consumables. We recommend you to exchange about three months as a standard.

60 euros every 3 months ? really Grow Up Japan ? REALLY ?

So today i got Artisan Hayate, superb mouse pad, my mini review compared to QCK+ with Logitech G400 and Zowie EC1 eVo

Artisan Hayate:

+When my hands sweet the mouse pad also gets moister, but when gliding with a mouse i don't notice it compared to QCK+ witch i did.
+It's fast smile.gif fast and control, a bit to get used to but that's no problem, but better than QCK and Razer Scarb
+No problem tracking with either of these mouse. (mention about the mouse i have a live one in my house biggrin.gif so need to get humain mouse traps)
+The pad itself fells nice on the hand, maybe better than QCK
+Perfect mix with Razer Scarab (speed) and Steelseries QCK (control)

-Only drawback is the price, i payed 60 pounds, this is with shipping and VAT.

I saw that as well, I was hoping it meant clean them every three months, and was just a poor translation. Also happy to hear you like the pad Deadeye.

I really llike my Hayate, but when it is becoming unusable because of dust or simply worn out, I won't buy another expensive mousepad like that again, because, as though it is in many ways better than my QCK Heavy, it just doesn't justify the price. I hope it lasts a loooong time and be happy with it. But after that it's a byebye without looking back.

I hope they can fix the weave to make it tighter or something in the future. Otherwise its a great pad but the reliability doesn't justify the price. Mine had dust in the commonly used areas about a couple of weeks in and since then, glide slowly degraded in that (large) area.

qck's material is the same crap a cheap shirt is made out of with a slab of rubber under it. get a Goliathus or even better a puretrak Talent. Talent is cheaper (25 shipped), lasts a ton longer and can be thrown in a wash to come back like new

i was lucky enough to sell my hayate to someone at a LAN before it started getting all nasty. i still feel dumb for blowing $60 on a MOUSE PAD. good product out of the box but not worth the price imo

QCK Heavy's materials might not be the best, but it works reliably and doesn't wear out fast
It's still one of my favs and maybe I slap it onto the desk today and keep it there, selling the Hayate in it's still good shape as it is right now.

The Heavy has a very very consistent glide, from the beginning of the mousemovement untill you stop the mouse again.
There is never a situation in operation when it feels faster or slower. And this consistency keeps for a very long time.
Or maybe I just prefer slower cloth pads.
