I placed an order 11 AM on 12/26- still didn't ship 
Items are all in stock- none is a special order type of thing or custom work that would delay order. First time ordering from this place and I am very disappointed....I know we all got some snow but USPS is in action ( I chose priorioty mail shipping). I tried to call- no voice mail or anything- sent 2 e-mails and no response yet. Would be nice if I could be notified with whats going on and my options when it comes ot my order.....I see they have time to update their face book page with new products but no time to respond to customers

Well i call the phone and the guy picked up and i explain to him the situation as we agreed everything was shipped in one package and the shipping was kind of slow maybe the holidays and he was busy?
Anyway im satisifed and I will buy from sidewinder again..
PD: They need to work on the email situation tho.. Now i know and i will call before sending an email..

Glad to hear that- today marks a week since I placed my order and still no word from them- tried to call today again and after a minute of ringing- there is not even a VM option?

I just got ahold of him- the storm took its tool he said usually they are not that slow..He said I will have a tracking number within 5 minutes or so and there will be some extras in my package
