Laptop Audio Questions

So I recently picked up an HP lapttop, dv6 something.

i5 3210
6 GB RAM
750 GB HDD

Has the Beats audio on it. I assume this only means the speakers, what can I do to have quality sound from it for my Samson SR850?

Planning to upgrade the headphones someday soon, at least I hope I can.

Step 1: go into device manager and check audio devices.

Step 2: delete this thread.

Plug in the head phones adjust EQ if needed. Don't see how it can get more simple. Now if you are unsatisfied with sound quality then your only options is to get an external USB sound card but really unless there is some major issues with stock internal (like hissing or what not) you are not going to notice any difference. That is unless you are and audiophile and listen lossless compressed music.

Beats Audio would be through a built in sound chip similar to beats audio on a HP Touchpad... Meaning the audio out 3.5mm will have Beats audio as well as the built in speakers.
