hi everybody!smile.gif
I need some help with my new build.i wanted to no whats better a H100 or a custom triple 120 radiator. ill we be putting it in a HAF X 942. So i want the best cooling possible. Also is there a temp difference(if so around how much?) for push vs push/pull fan setup on the rads. This is the so far specs of the new build ill be getting soon. suggestion are appreciated thumb.gifyessir.gif

Any custom water loop will be better than an AIO water cooler. Period.

There will be a temperature difference, but not by much. Radiators are good enough these days with just a push or pull configuration. Both is not needed.

A custom build will do better than H100. You can get a XSPC rasa kit for a bit more than an H100 or a raystorm kit if you have the money (not sure what your budget is but raystorm is about $100 more than Rasa) from frozencpu, performance-pcs, jab-tech etc. Push/pull benefits depend on radiator. From my understanding it is really only a couple of degrees difference. If you have the money and the time get one of the kits from XSPC. Great CPU block and includes everything you need, plus you can expand later if you want.

Given that chip you will definitely notice better temps, especially at higher clocks....that being said thought the mobo cooling will be your limiting factor. Getting a block for the mobo would certainly be beneficial.

Better by a very very long shot. Might have to get a separate bracket for the block.

It's cheaper at performance pcs... as is the case with almost everything between those two retail sites... usually by around 10%.
