I think a Six-Day War game would be interesting, except multiplayer would need some balencing. rolleyes.gif

Well, it is very different to other settings we seen before and a different story to it.
Also, the war was a total landslide, and it would be very easy (I would think it would be) for devs to make a character that is god-like, just like every other FPS. Though multiplayer would be a problem, because of the historical accuracy.

I'd suggest reading up a bit...Even on a "well admin'd server" I guarantee you, there are 2/3 members hacking...Just not actively.
In fact, the Java app is so widespread...I've heard estimates that @ 10% of the BF3 population uses 1 hack or another.
Have been several articles about that in the OCN news section alone...Let alone if you actually play the game as much as you claim, I would've guessed you'd come across a few...

I was in the beta as well and like I said I encountered maybe 4 or 5 hackers in my 160 hours with bf3. You sound like a typical bad player that calls hacks whenever he gets killed, unfortunately there are plenty of these type of people, I pretty much get called a hacker every time I get in a jet, or use a tank with guided shell; there are plenty of people who suck thus call hacks. 2/3 people hacking on a well admined server? LOL how can you even tell? Or is it whoever kills you is an automatic hacker lol.

That article you linked does not even have any merit to it or proof, am I just supposed to beleive some guy's blog on the internet?

But hackers exist, and you can't deny it, and the fact that it's borderline impossible to tell the difference between a smart hacker and a skilled veteran is what makes things crazy.

I don't have to be skilled to turn on a simple tool which highlights all enemies on the map and through walls (because face it, BF3 revolves around knowing where enemies are), I don't have to be skilled to have a meter at the top of my screen which tells me if someone's aiming in my direction.

CS:GO is just a rehash. Nothing innovative.

Which reminds me of team Epsilon during the newegg wanfest. They deny it to this day.

I think BF4 being developed already wouldn't be a big deal if it was something different, like 2143 or something. But starting a sequel this soon, while there's still lots of problems in BF3, not to mention all the unreleased DLC? BF4 shouldn't be on their radar yet until they finish BF3.

Don't get me wrong, I love BF3. But it's still got plenty of issues that need attention.

And if you know the CS community, you know that's how it has to be. If they changed CS:GO a lot from the previous games, very few of the CS fans will even acknowledge the game. Many 1.6 fans can't stand Source, and vice versa. And considering how similar the games are, despite being on completely different game engines and it causes such a rift in the community? If CS:GO was terribly different, it wouldn't attract the old school CS fans and all the old CS pros like Valve wants. They are hoping to get CS back into the competitive gaming scene, with CS:GO, which they couldn't do if the game was very different. It needs to be the same core game. Otherwise, it's not Counter-Strike, it should be a new IP.
